On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 3-20 working days to deliver your order depending on the availability of the order.
In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and whatsapp regularly for such updates.
In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out to our team on shop@studiomimosaa.com and inform us in advance.
In case the customer is not going to be available on the given address when our courier partner will attempt the delivery please leave us a mail on shop@studiomimosaa.com before the package has been dispatched for us to be able to change the shipping address.
In case, the package has been returned to us because of non-availability of customer during delivery, the package will be shipped again at the cost of the customer.
Delivery of customized orders will be done in 15-20 days or as discussed during placing the order.
