Steps to Initiate Exchange

  1. Email us on shop@studiomimosaa.com along with the order ID clearly mentioned and the reasoning for exchange.
  2. Alternatively, you can also whatsapp us on +91-9340736495
  3. We can arrange for a pickup of the product to be exchanged but the cost of shipping the product back to us for exchange and shipping the new product has to be borne by the customer. The item must be shipped to us within 7 days of letting us know of the exchange.
  4. The exchanged item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after we have received the product and a thorough quality check of it has been done by us, the customer should receive the package in 4-10 business days depending on the area it has been shipped to.
  5. Alternatively, if you do not like anything else on the website, we can also issue credit that will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
  6. Under no circumstances will a refund be given.

We do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges.
