Terms and Conditions: By making a purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
The discretion to accept an exchange, return and refund lies solely with the brand.
1. Cancellations
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- Orders placed during sales or promotional events are not eligible for cancellation or refund however they're eligible for exchange and store credits.
2. Exchanges
General Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery of the package containing the product to the customer.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging along with the tags on.
- Exchange on an order will be accepted only once.
Steps to Initiate Exchange
- Email us on shop@studiomimosaa.com along with the order ID clearly mentioned and the reasoning for exchange.
- Alternatively, you can also whatsapp us on +91-9340736495
- We can arrange for a pickup of the product to be exchanged but the cost of shipping the product back to us for exchange and shipping the new product has to be borne by the customer. The item must be shipped to us within 7 days of letting us know of the exchange.
- The exchanged item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after we have received the product and a thorough quality check of it has been done by us, the customer should receive the package in 4-10 business days depending on the area it has been shipped to.
- Alternatively, if you do not like anything else on the website, we can also issue credit that will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
- Under no circumstances will a refund be given.
3. Return
We do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges.

4. Refund Policy
Under no circumstances are refunds offered other than in circumstances as mentioned below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only processed if:
- A wrong product has been delivered.
- Product has been delivered in a damaged condition (This will be accepted only if an unboxing video has been shared of the damaged product with us at shop@studiomimosaa.com or on our social media within 24 hours of delivery).
- Only in this case, refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 3-7 working days.
5. Refunds as Store Credits
- Upon approval, store credits will be applied to your account within 3-7 days.
- Refunds to bank accounts are not available (except in the case of damaged products)
6. Customized Products
- Customized orders require 10-20 working days for delivery.
- Returns or exchanges are not permitted for customized products.
